I am back to using your clusterer because for the 5000+ points we are trying to show, yours is by far the fastest, AND works with IE6 without throwing errors/script timeouts. Thank you!

However, I am trying to replicate a function we had with another clusterer and not having any luck.

We want to have a set of radio buttons which toggle between two categories - for example view all trees, and view just oaks.
I thought it would be a simple show/hide function, but that doesn't work - well it does - but it takes waaay too long to write them all to addOverlay to initialise the isHidden method.

You mentioned you were working on this - have you had any further progress? Any suggestions to point me to how I might do this?

Thanks.
Katherine

Hi.

Take a look at this post:
http://googlemapsapi.martinpearman.co.uk/forum/viewthread.php?forum_id=5&thread_id=140&pid=575

See my post where i've edited ClusterMarker.js addMarkers() method to change the default property _isVisible.

Can you try that - it will enable you to create all your markers and initialise the isHidden() method without having to add all markers to the map.

Martin.
