What good is a Google Maps listing when it NEVER shows up because it's continually flagged?

Summarize the issue:The listing for my family business has been flagged for nearly TWO MONTHS. I might as well delete it. I don't know, and Google will not share WHY it is continually being flagged. It was reviewed, supposedly unflagged, and now it is flagged again.
There are no dirty words, we own the service mark for the business, have sent in proof of our service mark. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?????????
